HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS DIVISION



This division is recruitment of employees. It is divided into three main departments :
HR Recruitment, Employee Relations, Security & Administration
In this department, the recruitment of all employees organized here. Training and development of employee are the responsibilities of this department Local and foreign engineer application and interview are settled by this department. Administration is included the management of staff and office and services maintenance. 
HR Development and Communications
Focus of this department is on the planning and implementation of training and development of staff as well as their succession planning. They also need to set up communication, sponsorship and sports and recreation. Employee performance and promotions also held by this department. They communicate to the internal and external part of the company.
Remuneration Management
This department handles all areas relating to the Human Resources Policies and Guidelines as well as remuneration, compensation and benefits of all company employees.


Operations Division

Operations division is responsible for the safe and environmentally friendly production of our sales products. Under ISO:9000 and ISO:14000, event the quality must be achieve the environment still have to be taken care. So, the products and the material must be follow the rules to avoid destroying the environment.
