HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS DIVISION



This division is recruitment of employees. It is divided into three main departments :
HR Recruitment, Employee Relations, Security & Administration
In this department, the recruitment of all employees organized here. Training and development of employee are the responsibilities of this department Local and foreign engineer application and interview are settled by this department. Administration is included the management of staff and office and services maintenance. 
HR Development and Communications
Focus of this department is on the planning and implementation of training and development of staff as well as their succession planning. They also need to set up communication, sponsorship and sports and recreation. Employee performance and promotions also held by this department. They communicate to the internal and external part of the company.
Remuneration Management
This department handles all areas relating to the Human Resources Policies and Guidelines as well as remuneration, compensation and benefits of all company employees.


Operations Division

Operations division is responsible for the safe and environmentally friendly production of our sales products. Under ISO:9000 and ISO:14000, event the quality must be achieve the environment still have to be taken care. So, the products and the material must be follow the rules to avoid destroying the environment. 

CORPORATE FUNCTIONS DIVISION



This division encompasses three main departments as follows:
Finance & Accounting
The Finance Function provides the company with its accounting and financial reporting backbone of the company. Another significant function is to provide leadership in ensuring that effective corporate governance is in place and that any significant non compliance of company policies and guidelines, as well as statutory requirements are proactively reported to the management. When this is done, immediate action is taken. In discharging their duties, Finance personnel also provide in depth analysis and insights to the management team. It also manages the funds of the company ensuring maximum returns in the banks.
Information Technology / Information Systems (IT/IS)
IT/IS aims to provide best-in-class IT related services to the various constituents of the business. It also provides the necessary leadership to build IT/IS capabilities that enable the company to be agile enabling it to seize business opportunities when the need arises.
Their services include:
  • SAP support and solutions for business requirements.
  • Service desk support/solutions for hardware, software and telecommunications.
  • Management of IT infrastructure i.e. WAN, LAN, servers, SAN, etc.
  • Development of in house applications to fulfill business requirements.
  • In-house IT/IS consultations to the business
Procurement
The procurement function acquires goods and services at the best possible total cost of ownership to the company. The function delivers competitive advantage through world-class procurement of raw materials, technical goods & services and packaging. It helps the company achieve its ambitious earnings targets by creating favorable purchasing conditions.




BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DIVISION



Strategic Marketing
This department is involved in developing and implementing designs of our product’s regional strategies. These strategies are developed and implemented based on the respective strategies and marketing concepts for each product.
Marketing Operations
They are responsible to maintain close relationships with customers to ensure that their requirements are catered to in the most efficient possible manner. The Marketing department also handles the organization of special events with the aim to foster and strengthen our relationships with important customers and business partners.
Logistics
Logistics department plays a major role in the Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities include managing the incoming orders from customers, materials management, order processing, transport management via land or sea as well as the preparation of the necessary documentation. This department works closely with all other divisions, particularly the Marketing Operations department  to realize our target in providing the best logistics solutions to our customers.




Target Market


The Innoway Escalator Sdn Bhd is dedicated to provide automated escalator and lift using programmable logic controller (PLC) to company that use frequently use escalator and lift in their business or development project such as supermarket, airport and huge buildings. This will create opportunities for them to increase their potential in businesses and at the same time aiming for success. Unlike conventional companies that only focus on for large customers, Innoway Escalator Sdn Bhd also works exclusively with small business clients to provide new and advance technology so that they will start moving their businesses in the right direction, same as enormous company. Hence, our team brings a broad range of industry experience and training from both energetic small firms and experienced industry leaders.

Financial

The Innoway Escalator Sdn Bhd  is world wide company. Initially, founding members intend to work part-time on this venture while maintaining full-time positions with other corporations. As we determine how best to enlarge our operations, we will consider expanding the business as defined in our strategy.

It all began in 2000 when the founder of this company,a well known senior engineer Ir. Syafiq hit upon the Innoway name in December 2000. This name had been taken from two English words which are "Innovative way" which used by this company to maintain an innovative and creative inventions for manufacture escalators, travelators and also elevators. Nowadays, by holding to our philosophy which is "innovative in all way",the Innoway Escalator Sdn Bhd has been one of the leading manufacturing company in our country Malaysia. Besides of all our operations in Malaysia, our company also has some partnership in various countries such as United Kingdom, Germany, and United Arab Emirates. Our company,which serves more than 150 countries, also make gearless elevators for high-rises, a hydraulic line for mid-rise buildings, and a heavy-duty one for freight with low energy consumption that drives us to be more eco-friendly and becomes more efficient. Other main services that our company provides is manufacturing travelators that are widely used in shopping malls, and also in most international airports. We have 15 plants on all over the world, with about 10000 workers,  with all the required equipments and testing instruments to ensure effective in house quality control.
